Abstract (en)
The ventilation device has a tubular probe (1) with duct and handle (2) at the top end. The duct is provided with a connecto (3) at the top end. At least the shaft is made from steel. The probe has a flat cross-sectional body to fit into a gap between the pressure pla and the side wall of the barrel. Independent claim describes method for removing pressure plate from barrel by pushing ventilation device between side wall of barrel and pressure plate to supply air through the duct into the area between base of barrel and material residue

Eine Belüftungseinrichtung für durch eine Pumpe mit Druckfolgeplatte (6) entleerbare Gebinde (8) für hochviskose Stoffe. Eine Sonde (1) mit Kanal und einem Griff (2) wird zwischen Gebindeseitenwand (7) und Druckfolgeplatte (6) hindurchgeschoben und verhindert so während des Zurückfahrens der Druckfolgeplatte (6) das Entstehen eines Unterdrucks im Hohlraum zwischen Gebindeboden (11) und einem im Gebinde (8) befindlichen Trennmittel(9) . Das Trennmittel (9) haftet bei ausgeglichenen Druckverhältnissen durch eine Zwischenschicht klebrigen Restfüllguts (11) an der Druckfolgeplatte (6) und erlaubt die einfache Entfernung von Restfüllgut (11) aus dem Gebinde (6) zusammen mit der Druckfolgeplatte (8). Die Belüftungseinrichtung kann mit herkömmlichen Pumpen mit Druckfolgeplatte (6) eingesetzt werden. Die Handhabung ist einfach und schnell. <IMAGE>
