Abstract (en)

A corrosion resistant martensitic chromium steel, having a specified carbon/nitrogen ratio and a fine homogeneous microstructure, is new. A novel corrosion resistant martensitic chromium steel has the composition (by wt.) 0.2-0.4% C, 0.15-0.5% Si, 0.15-0.6% Mn, 12.0-15.0% Cr, NOTGREATER 0.28% Ni, 0.05-0.19% N, balance Fe and impurities, the C/N ratio being greater than 2.0.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft einen martensitischen korrosionseständigen Chromstahl. Um das Härte- und Anlaßverhalten, insbesondere das Langzeitanlaßverhalten, sowie die Korrosionsbeständigkeit und die Polierfähigkeit zu verbessern, wird erfindungsgemäß folgende chemische Zusammensetzung des Werkstoffes vorgeschlagen: 0,2 bis 0,4 Gew.-% Kohlenstoff, 0,15 bis 0,5 Gew.-% Silizium, 0,15 bis 0,6 Gew.-% Mangan, 12,0 bis 15,0 Gew.-% Chrom, 0,05 bis 0,19 Gew.-% Stickstoff Rest Eisen und Verunreinigungen mit der Maßgabe, daß das Verhältnis Kohlenstoff/Stickstoff über einem Wert von 2,0 liegt. <IMAGE>
