Abstract (en)
The attachment (1) for the gas extraction, at an automatic weapon, reduces the cross section of the gas escape opening (7) a the gas extractor (4). The effect is to increase the gas pressure within the gas extractor (4) generated by the ignition of the powd propellant charge. The structure increases the gas pressure, when using lightweight practice ammunition, to force the gas piston sufficiently to the rear for a fresh round to be loaded automatically into the breech.

Eine Aufsatzvorrichtung (1) für eine Gasabnahme (4) einer automatischen Waffe verringert den Querschnitt der Gasabströmöffnung (7) der Gasabnahme (4), so daß der durch das Verbrennungsgas einer Pulveladung hervorgerufene Gasdruck innerhalb der Gasabnahme (4) erhöht wird. Dadurch kann selbst bei leichterer Übungsmunition ein derart hoher Gasdruck erzielt werden, der einen Gaskolben (6) der Gasabnahme (4) weit genug zurückbewegt, um den Verschluß der automatischen Waffe zurückzuführen, so daß der Selbstladevorgang der Waffe vollzogen wird. <IMAGE>
