Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1052727A1] The contact has a slotted, springy contact zone as a contacting slot (2,3) on a connecting band. The connecting band (1) is laminated in the region of the contacting slot, in which the laminates (4,5) are 'tuned' for different electrical conductivity, mechanical cutting strength and springy properties. The laminates of the connecting band consist of discrete elements, which are mechanically joined to one another. Preferably the discrete laminates are joined by beading over.
