[origin: WO9940150A1] To provide an adhesive composition containing a resin component comprising a phenoxy resin, an epoxy resin, and a dicyandiamide, which possesses noncombustibility satisfying the VO requirement and, in addition, excellent performance (such as adhesive properties and dimensional stability) as an adhesive film for an FPC protection film. The epoxy resin comprises a brominated epoxy resin, the resin component contains colloidal particles of antimony pentaoxide dispersed therein, and the total content of the brominated epoxy resin and the colloidal particles of antimony pentaoxide is in the range of 13 to 60 % by weight based on the total amount of the adhesive composition.
