Abstract (en)
A cylinder (8) has surface sections (19) fastened to its outside (9), consisting of several layers (20,24,25,26). One of the layers (24) is compressible. The surface sections are fastened detachable to fastener parts (29) of the cylinder. The section structure includes a stabilized hard plastic layer (25), and an upper layer (20) of e.g. urethane, with band guide grooves. The surface of the hard plastic layer acts as band drive. The compressed layer is of foam material, glued to the hard plastic layer, has a thickness of 15mm - 25mm. The cylinder is a folding blade or folding jaw cylinder, or collection cylinder.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Papier führenden Zylinder in einem einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, z. B. einer Zeitungsdruckmaschine, zugeordneten Falzapparat. Eine Vielzahl von Oberflächenabschnitten (19) ist um die Umfangsoberfläche des Zylinders (8) befestigt. Jeder der Oberflächenabschnitte (19) weist eine Schichtstruktur auf, die eine komprimierbare Schicht (24) umfasst. Die Oberflächenabschnitte (19) sind vorzugsweise abnehmbar und bevorzugt an an den Seitenwänden des Zylinders (8) angeordneten Befestigungsflächen (29) befestigt. <IMAGE>
