Abstract (en)
Novelty in the invention is that during the intake stroke and the gas compression stroke a gas-liquid mixture is fed into the working chamber through a hydraulic channel from a zone at the outlet of the discharge valve of the working chamber. The hydraulic channel is made in a cut-off element of the discharge valve and is formed by means of a separator, filter, choke with adjustable hydraulic resistance and a bush with axial and radial holes. <IMAGE>
