[origin: WO0033675A1] The invention concerns a cigarette paper (2) tube (1) comprising at least a filter element (3) housed in the tube at one first end thereof and peripherally permeable to air, an empty section (6) for receiving tobacco, located in the tube between the filter element and a second end of the tube, axially opposite to the first, and an insert to be placed in the mouth (7), formed by a tape (8) made of porous material and enclosing the tube at its first end over a distance sufficient to cover at least said filter element, the cigarette paper tube including at least an air permeable ventilating zone located so as to cover at least part of said filter element and produced on the cigarette paper (2, 12) before the tube (1, 19) is formed.
