[origin: WO9942560A1] The present invention relates to a method comprising production of a highly vital spore culture of the yeast species Endomyces fibuliger, also called Saccharomyces fibuliger. Furthermore, the invention relates to a product produced with this method. The method gives highly active material in a short time. A preferred use of the material is as a probiotic composition for animals and humans.
