Abstract (en)
A cationically modified brightening dispersion (I) for the paper industry contains (A) an anionic optical brightener (B) a non-ionic and/or weakly anionic or weakly cationic protective colloid and (C) a cationic or actionicised polymer. Independent claims are included for : (a) a process for the production of (I) by mixing (A) and (B) in an aqueous medium followed by the addition of (C); and (b) paper, containing or coated with (I).

Beschrieben wird eine kationisch modifizierte Aufhellerdispersion für die Papierindustrie, enthaltend (a) einen anionischen optischen Aufheller, (b) ein nichtionisches bzw. anionisches oder schwach kationisches Schutzkolloid und (c) ein kationisches oder kationisiertes Polymer. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner die Herstellung dieser Aufhellerdispersion, deren Verwendung sowie diese Dispersion enthaltende bzw. damit bestrichene Papier.
