[origin: EP1055887A2] The perforations (11.1,11.2,11.3) of baffle-type braking cell (13.1,13.2,13.3) casings (10.1,10.2,10.3)differ in free sectio preferably thus decreasing in the air flow direction and the cells are in turn separated by baffle disks (12.1,12.2,12.3), each ring shape with free orifice. The perforations can be formed in a round tube (9) leaving a free chamber (18) between tube (9) an connection (1) though still with perforated outside casing (3) and cells.
