[origin: DE19807118A1] A pearl polymerisate formulation is claimed, which is based on a particulate solid phase and a liquid phase. The solid phase contains an agrochemical and a copolymerisate of water-insoluble and water-soluble monomers, whose proportions can be adjusted to control the release rate of the agrochemical. A pearl polymerisate formulation is based on a particulate solid phase and an optional liquid phase. The solid phase comprises: (A) a copolymerisate of 40-95 wt. % water-insoluble monomers, 5-35 wt. % water-soluble monomers and 0-25 wt. % crosslinkers; (B) one or more agrochemicals and optionally (C) other additives. The amount of agrochemicals in the solid phase, which has an average particle size of 1-100 m, is 5-75 wt. %.
