Abstract (en)

A fire-resistant mismatch of form-halves is employed to manufacture a form body. The material incorporates a fire-resistant metal oxide, plus a binding agent, e.g. resin or pitch and an anti-oxidant if required. The material further incorporates a carbon substance, e.g. soot and/or graphite, and stainless steel armoring and strengthening fibers. A fire-resistant mismatch of form-halves is employed to manufacture a form body. The material incorporates a fire-resistant metal oxide, plus a binding agent, e.g. resin or pitch and an anti-oxidant if required. The material further incorporates a carbon substance, e.g. soot and/or graphite, and stainless steel armoring and strengthening fibres. At the operational temperatures the fibres form a fire-resistant metal oxide sheath. An Independent claim is also included for a formed body made in the mis-matched form halves.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen feuerfesten Versatz aufweisen zumindest eine feuerfeste metalloxidische Komponente, zumindest eine Binderkomponente wie Harz oder Pech, gegebenenfalls Antioxidantien, zumindest ein Kohlenstoffträger wie Ruß und/oder Graphit sowie Armierungsfasern, die aus einem Edelstahlmaterial ausgebildet sind, welches bei Einsatztemperaturen eine Hülle aus dem feuerfesten Metalloxid an seiner Oberfläche ausbildet, sowie einen Formkörper aus dem Versatz und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen des Formkörpers.
