Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung (1) eines an einen Trägerstoff gebundenen flüssigen funktionellen Organylorganyloxysilans oder eines an einen Trägerstoff gebundenen flüssigen (Co)kondensats eines funktionellen Organylorganyloxysilans zur Herstellung von Kabelcompounds, die (2) ein thermoplastisches, polare funktionelle Gruppen tragendes Basispolymer und (3) einen verstärkenden oder streckenden mineralischen Füllstoff enthalten.
