Abstract (en)
The electrohydraulic pressure supply has an electric drive motor (M) with an adjustable rpm (n), a variable displacement pump (1), whose stroke volume (V) can be adjusted by an adjustment component (5) and supply pipes (3) and connections (4). A regulator (Reg) controls the rpm. A control (Strg) controls a pump adjuster (PV) that controls the adjustment component. The regulator has the actual volume flow (Qist) determined by a unit (Q) and the desired volume flow (QSoll) as inputs. The control has the pressure difference ( DELTA p) measured between the supply and suction pipes of the pump and a reference pressure (pref) as inputs.
Abstract (de)
Der geförderte Volumenstrom der elektrohydraulischen Druckversorgung wird im wesentlichen über die Drehzahlverstellung des geregelten Elektromotors eingestellt. Die Drehzahl des eletrischen Antriebsmotors ist hierbei im wesentlichen unabhängig von dem Schluckvolumen der Verstellpumpe einstellbar. Im wesentlichen unabhängig bedeutet, daß für die Einstellung der Drehzahl und des Schluckvolumens lediglich die vorgegebenen jeweils zeitlich aktuell benötigten Sollvolumenströme und Referenzdrücke beachtet werden müssen. Innerhalb dieser beiden Systemvorgaben, kann die Drehzahl des Antriebsmotors völlig unabhängig von dem Schluckvolumen der Verstellpumpe eingestellt werden. Dadurch kann die Schluckvolumenverstellung der Verstellpumpe druckgesteuert erfolgen und die durch die Vertellung des Schluckvolumens geänderte Förderleistung der Pumpe durch die unabhängige Drehzahlregelung des Elektromotors kompensiert werden. Damit is es möglich die Verstellpumpe als Drehmomentwandler für den Elektromotor zu betreiben. <IMAGE>
