[origin: FR2788964A1] The invention concerns a knee prosthesis comprising a tibial part with a tibial plate (2), a femoral part, having at least a condyle (6) and a tibial insert (3), the tibial insert being arranged between the tibial plate and the condyle and having a top surface (8) matching the shape of an outer surface of the condyle such that there is a mutual sliding. The tibial insert has a rear surface whereof the lower edge is more rearward than the upper edge, the rear side of the knee being the knee cavity side and the front part being the knee projection side.
