[origin: WO9951843A1] The invention relates to a mounting plate (10) for furniture hinges. Said mounting plate consists of a lower mounting plate part (30) which can be fixed to the supporting wall of a piece of furniture and an upper mounting plate part (32) which can pivot in its front end area and which can be detachably fixed in its back end area with a snap-in connection. The lower mounting plate part (30) has at least one projection (64) in its back area. Said projection(s) (64) project(s) upwards between the side walls of the upper mounting plate part, each projection having at least one locking area (68). A swivel lock (54) on the upper mounting plate part has locking engagement areas (76) which are allocated to the locking surfaces of the projection (s) (64) of the lower mounting plate part (30), and is allocated to said projection(s). Said swivel lock is prestressed by a spring (56) into a position which forces the locking engagement areas (76) into an engagement position with the locking areas (68).
