[origin: FR2788850A1] The device consists of a force sensor (5) arranged on a fixed contact block (6) connecting the tank (1) to its support (4), a calculating module (9) and a visual level indicator (8). The force sensors deliver an information representing the tank volume. The liquid fluid is liquefied petroleum gas, the tank, a vehicle tank, and the support, the vehicle itself. The calculating module and the correction module (11) convert the volume data delivered by the force sensors into percentages for the vehicle operating range per kilometer.
