Two swivel arms (2,3) swivel-mounted on a base element (1) each have elastically extendible pulleys (20,30). The exercise machine is wall-mounted so that it is adjustable in height. The basic element is movably mounted on one or two at least roughly vertical support bars (4,5). The basic element is a base plate fixed to at least one slide element, especially two slide bars. Pull-out arms (6,7) are pulled out from the support bar(s).

Ein Trainingsgerät zur Muskelkräftigung und/oder -dehnung umfasst zwei an einem Basiselement (1) schwenkbar angebrachte Schwenkarme (2, 3) mit je einem elastisch ausziehbaren Zugmittel (20, 30). Das Basiselement (1) ist an zwei vertikalen Tragstangen (4, 5) höhenverstellbar angeordnet. Die beiden Tragstangen (4, 5) sind an zwei Verbindungsstreben (41, 42) angebracht, die zur Anschraubung an eine Wand ausgebildet sind. <IMAGE>
