Abstract (en)
Filters (54, 56) are installed at each end (42, 44) of the bypass circuit (40). Process container (10) with a chamber (12) containing a confined space (16) for the process and an external bypass circuit to recycle the atmosphere from the confined space. Each end of the bypass circuit opens into the confined space and it includes means (52) of moving the atmosphere in the circuit. The filters are placed in an extension to the wall through which the bypass circuit passes. The bypass circuit is mounted in the removable lid (20) to the container (17). The lid has a temperature controlled casing (29) and the bypass circuit extends over the length of the lid inside the casing.

L'enceinte de travail (10) comporte une chambre de travail (12) dont les parois délimitent un espace de confinement (16) propre à la mise en oeuvre d'un travail et une boucle de dérivation (40) extérieure pour le recyclage de l'atmosphère de l'espace de confinement. La boucle de dérivation (40) débouche à ses deux extrémités (42, 44) dans l'espace de confinement (16) et comporte des moyens (52) de mise en mouvement de l'atmosphère dans la boucle de dérivation. Elle comporte des organes de filtration (54, 56) disposés aux deux extrémités (42, 44) de la boucle de dérivation (40). <IMAGE>
