[origin: EP1067246A1] The outlet has a vertically movable valve tube (6), with a sealing element (12) of an outlet valve at its lower end, and which is partly surround by a casing (5). A flow diverter (56) is arranged on the valve tube above the sealing element. The lower edge of the flow diverter surrounds the sealing element independently of the valve tube position, and forms a defined narrow annular space (63).
