[origin: EP1067255A2] A swimming pool comprises a surrounding mantle (3) and a cover (6) with a section that is attached to the mantle. The section (7) has a film material which covers its outer edge, and the edge section has eyes (10) through which staple sections (9) can pass. A flexible connection element (11) is then pushed through the staples.
