Abstract (en)
The gas burner for a food cooking stove contains at least two sets of gas outlet apertures (12,14) concentric aorund a theoretical burner central axis for flames to cook food. All the gas outlet apertures are directed outwards crossways to the burner central axis. For each set of gas outlet apertures there is a separate combustion gas feed path. The gas outlet apertures are arranged alternately on or near to a theoretical burner peripheral line. The number of arrangements of gas outlet apertures corresponds to an equal number of chambers (16,18) formed circularly and concentrically around the burner central axis. Each chamber is provided with only one of the arrangements of at least one gas outlet aperture of only one of the gas outlet aperture sets. Each chamber is only in flow connection with one of the burner gas feed paths.

Gasbrenner mit mindestens zwei Sätzen von getrennt mit Brenngas versorgbaren Gasauslaßöffnungen (12, 14) für Gasflammen zum Garen von Nahrungsmitteln. Sie sind auf einer Umfangslinie nacheinander wechselweise angeordnet und bilden dadurch zwei ineinander angeordnete Sätze von Gasauslaßöffnungen. Dadurch erhalten alle Gasflammen, im Gegensatz zu koaxial mit radialem Abstand ineinander angeordneten Flammenkränzen, ausreichend Sekundärluft. <IMAGE>
