[origin: WO0044531A1] The invention relates to an articulated lever tensioning device comprising a mounting head (15) that is arranged on an actuating device (2). A pivoting unit (16) containing a tensioning arm (22) is pivotally mounted on said mounting head between a release position and a tensioning position. A stopping face (48) is arranged on the mounting head (15) and serves to provide the tensioning position of the tensioning arm (22). Said stopping face is located in the pivotal path of the pivoting unit (16) and interacts with the pivoting unit (16) in order to provide the tensioning position.
