Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9948676A1] The invention relates to extrusion profiles and extrusion tubular profiles made of small parts with or without bonding agents which do not or which slightly flow under compression. During production, compression is generated by pressing spirals. According to the invention, a spiral is used whose transport path enlarges up to the end thereof which is located on the extruded section side. Control of the compression can additionally be improved in an advantageous manner by changing the insertion depth of the spindle or of a mandrel into the extruded section. The mixture from idling is prevented from rotaring the spirals are prevented from turning by the cross-section of the mandrel and by the gaps which expand in the direction of pressing and which are situated between the pressing spirals. The insertion depth of the spirals, worms or mandrel is preferably computer controlled in order to limit compression.
