[origin: WO9946473A1] The invention concerns a shading installation comprising a row of shading blades each arranged so as to be able to pivot about a longitudinal axis (3 to 8) extending transversely relative to said row direction (R). The invention is characterised in that the row of blades consists of two groups (1a, 1b, 1c; 2a, 2b, 2c) of different shading blades alternately arranged, the blades of one group capable of being tilted in the same direction, and relative to the other group, in opposite direction. The first group (1a, 1b, 1c) can be provided with solar energy converting and/or light collecting elements. Said installation can be used, for example, as sun protection for building fronts or transoms, while enabling photovoltaism.
