Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9951988A1] The present invention includes a method to detect a biologically active, allergen-specific immunoglobulin using a Fc epsilon receptor (Fc> epsilon <R) molecule. Such a method can detect biologically active, allergen-specific immunoglobulins not detectable by a process using anti-IgE antibodies. The present invention also relates to kits to perform such methods. The present invention also includes a heat stable, biologically active, allergen-specific immunoglobulin.
