A semiconductor chip (6) having an emitter (11) and a plurality of sensors (9, 10) is connected on said substrate using flip-chip-technology. In order to shield the sensors (9, 10) from the interfering radiation of the emitter (11), a light blocking element (19) is arranged around the emitter (11) in the intermediate space between the chip (6) and the substrate (2).
