Abstract (en)
The tunnel formation method uses pre-fabricated tunnel components (15) which are interlocked for providing the tunnel wall (9), using an assembly ring (6) for providing a ring of tunnel components, fitted in the tunnel at the rear of hydraulically operated shield plates (3), with the removed earth fed through the tunnel. A concrete material (16) is injected into the space between the rear of the assembled tunnel components and the excavated tunnel opening An Independent claim for a tunnel formation component is also included.

Zum Herstellen von Tunnelröhren aus Fertigteilen (15), welche die gesamte Bewehrung der Tunnelröhre in sich tragen, werden Fertigteile (15) verwendet, die so ausgebildet sind, daß sich die Bewehrungen beim Zusammensetzen der Teile (15) sowohl in Längs-, als auch in Querrichtung um die Haftlänge des Bewehrungsstahles überlappen. Beim Einbau der Fertigteile kommt eine Einbauvorrichtung mit einem Einbauring (6) zum Einsatz, mit der die Fertigteile (15) maschinell zu einem Ring zusammengesetzt und an die Tunnelröhre (9) angefügt werden. Für den Vortrieb wird als äußeres Stützschild (3) eine Stahlrohrkonstruktion verwendet, die mit Hydraulikpressen (4) vorgetrieben wird, während Erdmaterial im Inneren des Rohres ausgegraben wird. Die Hydraulikpressen (4) stützen sich dabei auf den schon zusammengesetzten Tunnelausbau (9) ab. Die Fertigteile (15) werden jeweils am vorderen Ende des Tunnelausbaues (9) aufgesetzt. Die Bereiche der sich überlappenden Bewehrung, und der Hohlraum hinter dem äußeren Stützschild (3) werden mit Beton ausgepreßt. <IMAGE>
