Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1069583A2] A switch toggle (12) switches on a moving contact piece (22) with a switch latch. During the switch-on movement a dead spot in the switch latch is passed over for switch-off. A first latching position holds the switch latch on and is opened by a thermal tripping device. A release element (38) built as a slide connects to the switch toggle unlocking a second latching position, so that the moving contact piece can quickly move into a switched-on position.
