Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1070461A2] The applicator has a cap (2) with an open inner chamber, having colored metallic coating for better visibility of contents. The unit consists of a cosmetics container and a closure cap screwed to it. The cap (2) has a hollow inner chamber (11) open at the top. The end face (10) defining the chamber aperture extends at an angle downwards to the lower end face (8) of the cap. The inner chamber has a coating (12) of colored plastic, which is applied by co-extrusion. The coating has a metallic shine, respectively is a metal part, esp. gold or silver colored. The end face has extended width carries writing or printing.
