Pressure elements (1) are distributed along the clamping-bar and are separately controlled by adjusting the piston (20) belonging to a cylinder-piston unit (2) operated by a pressure medium. The cylinder-piston units are connected by at least one control valve (11,12) to at least one first excess pressure pipe (7) or to a vacuum pipe (10). Each cylinder-piston unit has a cylinder in which the piston moves and into which a pressure medium pipe (6) leads.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Druckbalken für eine Bandschleifmaschine mit einer Vielzahl von längs des Druckbalkens verteilt angeordneten Andruckgliedern (1) sowie mit druckmittelbetätigbaren Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (2), wobei die einzelnen Andruckglieder (1) durch Verstellung eines zugeordneten Kolbens (20) unabhängig voneinander ansteuerbar sind. Die Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (2) stehen über wenigstens ein Steuerventil (11) wahlweise mit wenigstens einer ersten Überdruckleitung (7) oder einer Unterdruckleitung (10) in Verbindung, um den Kolben (20) durch Überdruck in die eine Richtung bzw. durch Unterdruck in die andere Richtung zu verstellen. <IMAGE>
