[origin: EP1070832A2] The valve stem guide has a forced lubrication system in which forced-circulation lubricant is supplied via a boring (6) in the valve stem, a transverse boring (7) and a lubrication groove (8). The oil returns through a relief groove (12) and a boring (13) to the valve casing (10). An annular groove (14) and a channel (15) prevent exhaust gas entering.
