Abstract (en)

[origin: DE19817094A1] During image generation, a circularly polarized alternating radio frequency field (3) is generated to stimulate nuclear resonance. Three switched magnetic gradient fields are generated (1) for location coding of the resonance signal in the three spatial directions. EEG signals from head electrodes (4) are filtered to eliminate disturbances by spectral analysis. Signals of all channels are filtered through a low pass filter and a Butterworth filter at the input of the EEG amplifier (5).
