[origin: FR2777566A1] The invention concerns azacycloalkane derivatives of general formula (I) wherein: R1 represents a hydrogen atom, hydroxyl, a C1-C4 alkyl, a 1-C4 hydroxyalkyl, a C4-C7 cycloalkyl, a C1-C4 alkyloxy C1-C4alkyl group, an aminocarbonyl group, a benzyl, a heterocycloalkyl or heteroaryl group comprising 4 to 5 carbon atoms and a heteroatom, such as nitrogen, sulphur or oxygen, the heterocycloalkyl or herteroaryl group being optionally substituted by one or two substituents such as a hydroxyl, a C1-C4 alkyl group or a halogen; or R1 and R2 together form a C3-C6 alkylene group, a C2-C3 alkylene dioxy group, a C2-C3 alkylene dithio group, -(O2)S-C2-3 alkylene S(O2)-or a CH2NHC(O)CH2- group, or R2 and R3 together form a propylene or butylene group, a C1-C3 alkylene dioxy group, a carbonyldioxy or a 2-butenylene group; R6 represents an aromatic group selected among the groups: (a); (b); (c); (d) or when R2 and R3 together form a C1-C3 alkylene dioxy or carbonyl dioxy group, a benzyl, or R6 represents a hydrogen, when R5 represents a 1-indanyl group; X represents a carbon, nitrogen, sulphur atom or a sulphonyl group; Y represents an oxygen or sulphur atom.
