[origin: DE19936906C1] The assembly for cleaning small containers, used for the protection and movement of machine parts etc., has a conveyor system with spray, washing and drying stations. The first station (5) has a feed point (4) for the soiled containers (1), and a vertical tunnel (3) with a continuous vertical conveyor (6) to carry them through heating and spray units (7,8) to spray, heat and soak the containers (1). At the second station (15), an inverter (16) moves the containers (1) to be cleaned inside and on the outside by brush sets (17,18). At the third station (25), inverters (26,27) move the containers (1) for rinsing and drying. Transfer units (14,34) move the containers (1) between the three stations (5,15,25).

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Reinigung von Kleinladungsträgern. Um einen geringen Raumbedarf und eine sowohl stationäre als auch mobile Einsatzmöglichkeit zu erreichen, umfaßt eine erste Station (5) eine Eingabe (4) für die Kleinladungsträger (1) und einen vertikalen Tunnel (3) mit einem vertikal umlaufenden Förderer (6) sowie Heiz- und Sprüheinrichtungen (7,8) zum Einsprühen, Erwärmen und Einweichen der Kleinladungsträger (1), eine zweite Station (15) eine Wendeeinrichtung (16) für die Kleinladungsträger (1) und diese von innen bzw. außen reinigende Bürstensätze (17,18) und eine dritte Station (25) Wendeeinrichtungen (26,27) und Einrichtungen (28,29) zum Klarwaschen bzw. Trocknen der Kleinladungsträger (1), wobei zwischen den drei Stationen (5,15,25) Übergabeeinrichtungen (14,34) angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
