The metal strip straightening device has at least one pair of rollers (9, 11; 25, 27). At least one roller is adjustable towards the strip (S). The roller axes are offset from each other in two planes. The setting of at least one of the rollers can be altered relative to the other roller of the pair. The rotation axes are in a common plane normal to the main feed direction (F).

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Richten von Metallbändern (S) mit mindestens einem Rollenpaar (9,11;25,27;30,31), wobei mindestens eine der Rollen (9,11,25,27,30,31) in Richtung (V) des Metallbandes (S) zustellbar ist und wobei die Drehachsen (D1,D2) der Rollen (9,11,25,27,30,31) in Arbeitsstellung versetzt zueinander in zwei beabstandeten, normal zur Hauptförderrichtung (F) des Metallbandes (S) ausgerichteten Ebenen (E1,E2;E3,E4) positioniert sind.Die Stellung mindestens einer der Rollen (30) ist relativ zur anderen Rolle (31) derart veränderbar, daß die Drehachsen (D1,D2) zur Durchführung eines Walzbetriebes in einer gemeinsamen, normal zur Hauptförderrichtung (F) des Metallbandes (S) ausgerichteten Ebene (E5) angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
