Abstract (en)
The folding elements (12, 13) of a crane jib, are articulated around a horizontal axis (17). The folding mechanism consists of a double acting jack (32), in the central vertical plane of the jib, and linked at one end, by a horizontal axis (35), to the rear element (12) of the jib, and at the other end, to a straight rod connector (38), linked to the rear part of the forward element (13). A curved link (41) is also connected to the forward end of the jack and to the front part of the rear element of the jib. The curved connector carries a horizontal bar, which is guided by the arc guides (30), cut in the side plates (31).

Ce dispositif de dépliage/repliage motorisé, à commande indépendante, s'applique à une flèche de grue (10) dont deux éléments consécutifs (12, 13) sont articulés l'un à l'autre autour d'un axe horizontal (17) situé sensiblement à mi-hauteur de la flèche (10), et possèdent des sections respectives permettant leur emboîtement, en position repliée. La motorisation comprend un vérin à double effet (32) et un embiellage (33). Le vérin (32) est articulé à l'élément de flèche arrière (12), à hauteur des membrures supérieures (19, 26) ainsi qu'à deux bielles (38, 41), l'une droite et l'autre coudée, qui forment l'embiellage. Une bielle (38) est articulée à la partie arrière de l'élément de flèche avant (13), et l'autre bielle (41) est articulée à la partie avant de l'élément de flèche arrière (12), au niveau des parties inférieures de ces éléments (12, 13). <IMAGE>
