[origin: DE19936071C1] The monitor system for a loom, which uses flexible pressure hoses, has conductors (8a,8a') carrying an electrical current fitted to the air pressure hoses (8). In the event of a fault in the pressure hose (8), the electrical current flow is interrupted, and the electronic loom control generates a loom stop signal. The conductor (8a,8a') for each pressure hose (1) is within the weft insertion system at connections of the weft insertion system, at a conductive loop current supply. The conductors (8a,8a') at the end of each pressure hose (8) are linked to an open or closed (14) conductive loop. The first conductor (8a) gives the current flow and the second conductor (8a') is connected to the signal input at the loom control. The hose connection at the weft insertion system gives the current flow link between the conductors (8a,8a'). The hose connection of the magnet valve gives the current link between the conductors, and one conductor is in series with the magnet valve control conductors. The closed electrical loop (14) forms an oscillating circuit together with an oscillating coil (15). The oscillation frequency is registered and measured, and a frequency change is shown in the loom control as a signal.

Um auf Webmaschinen mit fluidischem Schussfadeneintrag das Herstellen fehlerhaften Gewebes zu vermeiden, besteht das Erforderniss, die Funktionstüchtigkeit der in dem Eintragssystem verwendeten Bauteile permanent zu überwachen. Solche Bauteile sind z.B. die von den Magnetventilen (3) zu den Schussfadeneintragsdüsen (4,5) führenden Druckschläuche (8). Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung offenbart, wie und wodurch die Überwachung der Druckschläuche (8) erfolgt. <IMAGE>
