The arrangement has a base plate (7) of a casing with a slit (18), into which a casing (17) with an undercut can be slid. The casing is preferably formed as a slim oblong, which has two ribs at one end with an intermediate groove, in which the bevelled edges of the slit engage. An additional seal (29) may be fitted in the groove.
