[origin: WO0014341A1] The invention relates to a construction protection and drainage plate (1). Said plate is provided with regularly arranged grids of drainage channels in the form of rectangles and/or squares and/or rhombuses on its top (2) and bottom (3) surfaces, said drainage channels being worked into the plate, preferably by milling. The grids on the surfaces of the plate are laterally offset in the longitudinal direction (A) and crosswise (B), preferably each by half the length of one side of a grid element. The milling process is controlled in such a way that the depth of the drainage channels milled in on both sides always extends beyond the centre line (M) by approximately 2-3 mm. This way, openings (4) are produced on the lines of intersection, forming a number of regularly arranged passages of small area for the liquid.
