The invention concerns a method for cleaning structural surfaces by applying a liquid forming a film on the surface and by eliminating said film with the constituents to be removed, wherein the surface to be cleaned is treated with an aqueous elastomeric polymer dispersion and in removing the elastic film obtained after the treated surface has been dried.

L'invention concerne une méthode de nettoyage de surfaces structurales par application d'un liquide formant une pellicule sur la surface et élimination de cette pellicule avec les souillures y adhérant, dans laquelle on traite la surface à nettoyer à l'aide d'une dispersion aqueuse de polymère élastomère et on retire la pellicule élastique obtenue après séchage de la surface traitée.
