Abstract (en)
Process for regulating the wire pull between a finishing block and a post-block of a wire rolling mill comprises regulating the number of revolutions of the drives of the finishing block and the post-block depending on the measurements of the thickness of the wire passing through the blocks using adjustment values which are based on measurements of the wire before entering the finishing block and computer-processing the corresponding measured values in comparison with pre-calculated theoretical values or empirical values.

Ein Verfahren zur Regelung des Drahtzuges zwischen dem Fertigblock und dem Nachblock von Drahtwalzstraßen, bei dem die Drehzahlen der Antriebe des Fertigblocks und des Nachblocks in Abhängigkeit von Messungen der Stärke des, beide Blöcke durchlaufenden Drahts verändernd geregelt werden. Die Regelung der Drehzahlen des Antriebs des Fertigblocks und abhängig von dieser die Regelung der Drehzahlen des Antriebs des Nachblocks werden mit Stellwerten bewirkt. Diese Stellwerte beruhen auf Messungen der Stärke des Drahts vor dessen Eintritt in den Fertigblock und Rechner-Bearbeitung der erzielten Meßwerte im Vergleich mit vorerrechneten, theoretischen Werten oder Erfahrungswerten.
