Abstract (en)
In its release position the cover (2) can be fixed to one or more bolts (7) rising up from the main body (1) side facing the housing (10). The bolt acts as the pivot axis for the fitted cover to swing parallel to the drive shaft (3) in relation to the main body (1). In a variant, the cover is served by two guides arranged parallel to one diameter of the dust guard and the guard is fitted at the end furthest from the housing (10) with a rim piece which in turn overlaps the wheel grinding surface (4) and consists of elastic air-permeable bristles.

Das Rotationsschleifgerät weist eine Staubschutzhaube auf, die eine Schleifscheibe (4) gehäuseseitig und umfangsseitig abdeckt. Die Staubschutzhaube setzt sich aus einem fest mit dem Gehäuse (10) verbindbaren Grundkörper (1) und einem kreisabschnittartig ausgebildeten Abdeckkörper (2) zusammen, der in einer wenigstens den Umfang der Schleifscheibe (4) bereichsweise freigebenden Freigabestellung an dem Grundkörper (1) lösbar festlegbar ist. <IMAGE>
