Abstract (en)
An extractor device (50) for extracting fixings (82) from a workpiece (76) comprises an extractor rod (52) provided within a cylindrical body (54), and a fluid operated driver (56) connected to the extractor rod (52). In use, a fixing is received in a head (58) of the extractor rod (52) and the driver (56) operated to exert a vibratory extraction force on the fixing (82). The extractor rod may comprise an extractor rod (20) and an extractor rod insert (22) retainable in association with the extractor rod (20). <IMAGE>
