Abstract (en)
The valve system for a liquid under pressure in a can (22) has a dish-shaped valve plate (2) which fits over the top edge (21) of the can and has a coupling device (4) for a dispensing adapter. A dispensing valve (12, 13) is fitted into a central tube (14) in the valve plate. The novelty is that the valve plate is moulded from plastic and has flexible walls and the coupling device is an external thread on the plate which is held in place by ledge (5) which fits against the outer edge of the can.

Eine Ventilanordnung zur Abgabe von fluiden Medien, die in zylindrischen Behältnissen, insbesondere in Druckdosen (22), unter Druck gelagert sind, umfasst einen topfförmig ausgebildeten Ventilteller (2), der mit der offenen Seite der Druckdose (22) verbindbar ist und eine Kupplungseinrichtung (4) für einen Dosenadapter eines Austraggerätes aufweist. Der Ventilteller (2) ist mit einem Austragventil (11) ausgestattet, das einen Ventilkolben (12) und ein Rückstellelement (15) umfasst. Der topfförmige Ventilteller (2) besteht aus Kunststoff und weist eine plastisch verformbare, insbesondere clinchbare, zylindrische Topfwandung (3) auf. Die Kupplungseinrichtung (4) ist ein integrales Anschlussteil, vorzugsweise ein zylindrischer Aussengewindering, aus Kunststoff, das über dünne Verbindungsstege (5) mit dem äusseren Umfangsrand der Topfwandung (3) des Ventiltellers (2) verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
