Abstract (en)

The flexible sealing unit (1) for roof eaves is a flat strip, which is sufficiently wide to bridge the gap between the roof and the gutter (11). The strip is flexible at the edge where it lies at the gutter so that it can be bent into a curve to fit within the gutter (11), manually or by the use of heavy force. The edge of the strip at the gutter (11) is thinner, with a thickness of 100 mu m to 1.0 mm and pref. 150-600 mu m, with at least one bending zone (4a,4b). The sealing strip is of metal or plastics materials.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Traufenabdichtungselement (1), das als flaches Band und mindestens so breit ausgebildet ist, dass es den Spalt zwischen einem Dach und einer Dachrinne (11) abdecken kann, wobei es zumindest im Bereich seines in die Dachrinne hineinragenden Endes so flexibel ausgeführt ist, dass es manuell oder durch Schwerkrafteinwirkung in die Dachrinne (11) hineingebogen werden kann. <IMAGE>
