Abstract (en)
The method involves filling the system and opening the feed and return valves for all heating bodies than venting the bodies from the lowest to the highest storey. The venting openings are closed and the system re-filled against the pressure of the equalizing vessel with the pump, off and feed and returns valves open until a defined minimum pressure is reached. The pump is switched on and the feed pressure measured for all bodies with the feed and return valves open. The pressure on each body is set during continuous pressure measurement depending on the demand pressure difference for each heating body by adjusting the return valve.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum hydraulischen Abgleichen einer Heizungsanlage. Zum hydraulischen Abgleichen einer Heizungsanlage wird der Zulaufdruck pZ an jedem Heizkörper zwischen dessen Zulaufventil und Ablaufventil gemessen und wird bei eingeschalteter Umwälzpumpe und geöffnetem Zulaufventil der Druck am jeweiligen Heizkörper bei laufender Druckmessung auf den in Abhängigkeit von der für den jeweiligen Heizkörper durch Berechnung ermittelten Soll-Druckdifferenz (Δp) ermittelten Einstelldruck (pE) durch Verstellen von dessen Rücklaufventil eingestellt. <IMAGE>
