Abstract (en)
The sheet metal folding press has a movable punch (1) and a fixed die (2) which has two open grooves on its die faces. The base of each grove is formed by the inner wall (33a,b) of a bore machined in the lower die. The bore wall extends for an angle close to three hundred and sixty degrees to diffuse the loads due to flexure over a wide zone. A security stop (42a,b) is provided in the opening of each groove.

La presse plieuse pour le pliage de feuilles métalliques comporte un tablier (1) mobile et un tablier (2) fixe. Le tablier fixe (2) comporte deux fentes ouvertes sur les faces latérales du tablier inférieur (2) et symétriques par rapport au plan médian transversal de ce tablier fixe (2). Le fond de chaque fente (3a, 3b) est formé par la paroi interne (33a, 33b) d'un alésage traversant ménagé dans le tablier inférieur (2), qui s'étend sur un angle proche de 360°, afin de répartir les contraintes dues à la flexion sur une plus grande zone. Une butée de sécurité (42a, 42b) est prévue dans l'ouverture de chaque fente, afin de limiter le déplacement vertical des extrémités de la partie supérieure (21) du tablier inférieur (2). <IMAGE>
