The printing unit has several cylinders adjustable in relation to each other on guide elements in the form of straight guide rails, and each possessing its own drive motor. At least one of the cylinders is a form cylinder (11,12). Each guide element for a form cylinder extends as far as an extra appliance (25,26) as ink and or damping unit. The guide elements determining the paths of the carriages (8,9) for the outer cylinders (2,3) and the guide elements (13,14) determining the paths of the carriages (7,10) for the inner cylinders (4,5) slope in relation to each other.

Bei einem Druckwerk für eine Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit mehreren, an Führungselementen zueinander einstellbaren, je einen eigenen Antriebsmotor aufweisenden Druckwerkszylindern, von denen mindestens einer ein Formzylinder ist, lässt sich dadurch jeder Formzylinder mit einfachen Mitteln und hoher Präzision in Kontakt mit einer zum Druck erforderlichen Zusatzeinrichtung bringen, dass jedes Führungselement für einen Formzylinder (11,12,38,39, 61, 62,84,85) sich bis zu einer zum Druck erforderlichen Zusatzeinrichtung (25,26, 46,47,73 bis 76, 95,96) erstreckt. <IMAGE>
